Microworlds - Figures in the Landscape

Life is like a landscape. You live in the midst of it but can describe it only from the vantage point of distance - Charles Lindbergh

These are a series of installations (not left in situ) but generated on location for the purpose of recording photographically. They cover a number of subject themes:

  • Crime Scenes
  • Household drudgery
  • Homo Faber
  • Flower Babies
  • Runners
  • The Sculptor
  • Breaking and Entering
  • The Frogmen
  • Painting the Bodleian
  • DIY
  • Gardening and Forestry
  • The Commuters

No creature was harmed in the making of the crime scenes. Any dead thing was ‘found’ and photographed in situ. These are available in Photographic Print form in two size. Portrait or Landscape depending on subject. The full selection will be published online soon. Any comments on this project or if you’d like to discuss a site-specific installation please Contact me.
